Josh Marzan

Joshua Marzan is a pianist, opera coach, and chamber musician based in Ann Arbor. He serves as a staff pianist at the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance, where he has worked with students and faculty across many departments for the past eight years. In addition to his university work, Joshua performs regularly with local musicians, including members of the Ann Arbor and Detroit Symphony Orchestras, and collaborates with numerous competitions and arts organizations throughout Michigan.

He holds degrees in piano performance and collaborative piano from Virginia Commonwealth University, New England Conservatory, and the University of Michigan, where he earned his DMA under Martin Katz.
