Baptism

Baptism is a sign and seal of the covenant of grace made by God through Jesus and extended to us. In baptism, God claims us as beloved children and members of Christ’s body, the church, washing us clean from sin as we renounce the power of evil and seek the will and way of God.

We celebrate the Sacrament of Baptism for infants and children during Sunday morning worship. Adult baptisms are usually held during new member services, which occur once or twice a year. For information about joining the church, please visit our Membership page.

To baptize an infant, at least one parent must be an active member of the congregation. To schedule a baptism, complete the online form or contact Linda Robinson.
